How much does it cost? 

Investment levels vary depending upon your needs. We have a range of services which have been specifically designed to help businesses of all sizes and ages. We have a range of one Day Workshops that cover everything from Sales & Marketing, Team Building & Efficiency, Time Management & Organisation, Vision & Goal Setting, Finance for Non Financial Managers from £600 per session (irrelevant of how many attendees there are) through to a variety of 1-2-1 and group coaching programmes starting from just £400 per month.

How long does the initial process take? 

The initial evaluation process is completely FREE and usually takes around 2-3 weeks on average, though this really depends on how fast you want to progress as we work with you at your pace.

How long does a typical Client Coaching Contract last? 

This varies from business to business and depends on a number of factors, such as the time available to devote to the process, the complexity of the issues contained within the business, the size of the business itself. That said most businesses complete the process within 24-36 months, though the higher the frequency of coaching and support, the faster the results are achieved.

What if I start a Coaching Programme and my circumstances change? 

As with most things in life, nothing is absolutely certain, which is why you’re not tied to any minimum contract. All we ask is that should your circumstances change you give us one months written notice.

What if I need help but can’t afford 1-2-1 coaching? 

That’s simple. We have a range of low cost options, training sessions and workshops designed to get you started. You’ll still receive 1-2-1 support from your coach over the phone and you can always “upgrade” to 1-2-1 coaching at a later date once we’ve helped you to improve certain areas of your business.

Where do Coaching Sessions take place? 

That depends on the level and style of coaching you opt for. It’s either via phone or Zoom, though most people prefer to have a 1-2-1 session in person at their place of work, though if you don’t have the space or privacy is an issue, sessions can be conducted off site.

How long does a Coaching Session typically last? 

1-2-1 Coaching Sessions (in person) are between 1½ to 2 hours, though sometimes, these may be longer depending on what we have to cover. Generally phone/Zoom sessions are more focussed and last no more than 1 hour.

Can you help any business? 

The short answer is absolutely YES. That said we can’t help all business owners. Sadly, some people are just not ready to change or are not open minded enough to do so or they don’t have sufficient time to commit to the process which is why we always INSIST of performing a complimentary review of your business first. This helps us to determine if and how we can help you.

Is there any guarantee? 

YES. When you sign up for any 1-2-1 Coaching Programme, I guarantee to give you 100% support coupled with the very best advice and business tools, which, if followed will give guaranteed results. That said, if you chose not to implement the strategies that I suggest, then there is no guarantee.

Is there any business sector in which you don’t work? 

Yes. Generally micro businesses or new start ups where there is insufficient income to cover the initial investment.
